The Aviation Coin Set entitled Powered Flight in Canada: The First 50 Years, contains ten sterling silver proof coins, each enhanced with a 24-karat gold covered cameo. The coins have been struck by the Royal Canadian Mint, and limited to 50,000 per coin.
Each coin consists of 92.5% Sterling silver and contains a 24 Kt gold covered oval cameo, and has a value of $20 Canadian. Each coin has a weight of 31.103 grams (one Troy ounce) its diameter measures 38 mm.
