2014 UK Coin £20 BU Outbreak of WWI
In 2014, The Royal Mint issued their second twenty pound coin. The silver coin was issued in brilliant uncirculated condition and features "the enduring national symbol of Britannia, watching over the first ships taking troops to France as they answer the nation's call on the eve of war."
Obverse
The obverse reverts back to the fourth portrait of the Queen designed by Ian Rank-Broadley, and introduced in 1998.
Reverse
The reverse features John Bergdahl's interpretation of Britannia watching over Britain's troops.
